As Managing Director, Kim Meentzen is responsible for the strategic direction as well as the economic and technological development of CONXPERT.
With a clear understanding of entrepreneurial opportunities and risks, she actively drives sustainable growth, efficient processes, technological innovation, future-proof solutions and long-term customer relationships. In doing so, she creates the structures and conditions needed for continued success.
She combines analytical strength with empathy and entrepreneurial foresight, promoting the effective interplay between people and technology. This ensures that CONXPERT remains innovative, customer-focused and well positioned for the future.
Raphael Sturm
Head of EDI and Deployment
Raphael Sturm is responsible for the technical advancement of our applications and leads the development and EDI team with experience and foresight.
He analyses existing processes, identifies potential for optimisation and, together with his team, ensures that EDI connections and other applications are implemented efficiently, reliably and with a future-focused approach.
The goal of the entire team is to create innovative solutions that deliver real added value for our customers and effectively support their business processes.
Matthias Finke
Head of Customer Care
Matthias Finke is responsible for customer care and ensures close, trust-based collaboration with our customers.
His focus is on efficient support, structured onboarding and smooth project management for new connections and integrations.
In the long term, he aims to build stable partnerships, continuously develop the collaboration with our customers and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Thomas Pols
Head of Technical Operations
Thomas Pols is responsible for infrastructure, support and deployment, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire IT landscape.
With a strong focus on process optimisation and teamwork, he ensures that our customers receive fast, reliable support at a consistently high level of quality.
His goal is to establish efficient processes that provide the best possible user experience and sustainably reduce the risk of disruptions at all levels.
His certification as an Information Security Officer further supports him in fulfilling this responsibility holistically and in designing secure, stable and security-conscious processes.

30 years of CONXPERT
On December 4, 2024, we celebrated our 30th anniversary with a festive event at the ATLANTIC Hotel Universum in Bremen. Around 200 invited guests attended the event, including Lilienthal’s Mayor Kim Fürwentsches, Siegfried Deutsch, Deputy Chief Executive of the Stade Chamber of Industry and Commerce, numerous customers and partners from across Germany, as well as representatives of business associations.
Together, they experienced a varied programme throughout the day and evening.
