Your duties
- Analysis of customer requirements
- Creation of the conversion process
- Process maintenance and enhancement
- Technical process consulting
- Creation, adaptation and use of process-supporting databases
- Error analysis of new and existing processes
- Creation of software components
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT industry or comparable qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, e.g. Windows, Office
- Enthusiasm for qualified customer support as well as a high degree of service orientation
- Good knowledge of German and English
